Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Spray a baking pan with cooking spray.

2. In a large bowl, toss butternut squash, maple syrup, salt and pepper.
3. Pour into the greased baking dish and dot with butter. Bake uncovered until squash is tender, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes.
