Ingredients

 Butternut squash2 pound
 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts or sliced almonds
 Butter/Margarine1 Tablespoon
 Honey1 Tablespoon
 Ground nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon
 1 red medium unpared all-purpose apple, chopped (about 1 cup)

Directions

1. Prepare and microwave squash for Winter Squash except do not let stand.
2. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Cover tightly and microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes or until margarine is melted and mixture is hot; stir. Cut squash halves in half. Spoon apple mixture over squash.
