Chef Keith snow will show us how to make Butternut Squash Ravioli with brown butter and sage sauce.
Ingredients
Ravioli
A stick of butter
Sage
Parmigiano reggiano cheese
Zest of ½ Lemon
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper
Directions
Take 1 stick of butter and heat. When it starts to foamup and become brown put in the sage and drop them after tearing.
Drop zest of half lemon to the melted butter.
Mince some fresh sage.
Lay the ravioli on the plate, take the sage brown butter sauce and drizzle over the ravioli.
To finish give some salt and black pepper to the dish and finally some Parmigiano reggiano cheese.
