Butternut Squash And Apple Fluff Recipe
Ingredients
| Butternut squash | 16 Ounce, sliced | |
| 4 medium cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced | ||
| Carbonated water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Evaporated milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), skimmed | |
| Brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dash nutmeg, cloves and ginger | ||
Directions
In saucepan combine squash, apples, water or beverage and salt; bring to boil and cook 15 minutes, or until squash and apples are soft.
Mash well or puree in blender with remaining ingredients.
Transfer to baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350° F. for 20-30 minutes.
