1 quart buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon each salt and Worcestershire
3 drops Tabasco
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 large cucumber, peeled and chopped
3 tablespoons each minced chives and parsley
1/2 cup small cooked shrimp
salad seasoning or seasoning salt
Directions
Mix together the buttermilk, salt, Worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice, cucumber, chives, parsley, and shrimp.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Ladle into soup bowls and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
