Ingredients

 Olive oil1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parsley1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 6 large cloves garlic, minced
 Dry mustard1 Teaspoon
 3/4 cup buttermilk or yogurt
 Lemon juice1
 Ground black pepper1 To taste
 6 pounds, cooked, peeled and coarsely diced potatoes
 Lemon peel1 Teaspoon, grated
 Sesame seeds2 Tablespoon

Directions

Combine all ingredients but potatoes and mix thoroughly.
Stir in potatoes carefully and chill.
The longer the potatoes are mixed with the salad, the more they absorb the flavors of the dressing.
This is a good dish to make a day ahead.
The dressing is also good with other cold vegetables, like carrots or broccoli.
