Buttermilk Watercress And Cucumber Soup Recipe
Ingredients
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
1 cup watercress leaves
1 cup chicken stock
3 cups buttermilk
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender jar or food processor in batches.
Puree until smooth.
Taste for seasoning.
