Buttermilk Walnut Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Buttermilk | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Walnuts | 1 Ounce | |
| Onion | 1/2 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Chicken broth package | 1/2 | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1 Dash | |
| Minced dill | 1 1/2 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. In blender combine all ingredients except dill and process until smooth; stir in dill. Cover and refrigerate until flavors blend, at least 1 hour.
