Buttermilk Fried Fillets Recipe
Ingredients
2 pounds skinless fish fillets
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup Bisquick mix
Cooking oil
Directions
Place fish in shallow dish.
Pour buttermilk over fish and let it marinate for 30 minutes, turning once.
Roll fish in Bisquick mix, season to taste and fry in hot oil 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
