Directions
GETTING READY
1.In a shallow dish, put buttermilk, summer savory and 1/4 teasppon pepper.
2.Mix the ingredients well and add chicken in the dish and allow it to marinate for an hour by covering.
3.Turn the chicken after every 15 minutes.
MAKING
4.In a bowl, mix flour, salt, leftover pepper, monosodium gluatamate, paprika and coated chicken.
5.Take a waxed paper and arrange the pieces on it and allow them a time of 30 minutes.
6.Take a skillet and fill it half with the shortneing and heat.
7.Once done, fry the chicken pieces in it by adding a few at a time.
8.Once the pieces are browned, put them on absorbent paper.
SERVING
9.Serve hot.
