Buttermilk Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cup low-fat buttermilk | ||
| 1/2 cup fruit-flavored vinegar, such as apple cider, raspberry, or blueberry | ||
| 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream | ||
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, place all of the ingredients. Cover tightly and shake until well blended, then refrigerate until serving time or for up to 5 days. Drizzle on fresh salad greens, coleslaw, carrot salad, or a salad of seafood, meat, or vegetables. This is also delicious on boiled potatoes or asparagus.
