Buttermilk Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 quart Hellman's mayonnaise | ||
| Buttermilk | 1 Quart | |
| Parsley flakes | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Onion powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 scant teaspoons salt | ||
| 1 teaspoon Accent | ||
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Generous dash of dill weed | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients and chill.
This recipe can easily be halved.
Will keep in refrigerator for 1 to 2 months.
It may be made without buttermilk and used as a spread for sandwiches.
With buttermilk, it can be used as a salad dressing or as a dressing for asparagus, broccoli, green beans, etc.
