Easy Buttermilk Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cold water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion flakes | 2 Teaspoon, dehydrated | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Buttermilk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Artificial sweetener to equal 1 teaspoon sugar | ||
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water in small saucepan.
Stir in onion flakes, vinegar, salt, mustard, pepper.
Heat, stirring to dissolve gelatin.
Add buttermilk and sweetener.
Refrigerate until set.
Whip in mixer or blender before serving.
