Butterhorns Recipe

Ingredients
2 Cups Flour, sifted
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Lb. Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
3/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 Egg Yolk
COMBINE:
3/4 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
Directions
Cut butter into flour with fingertips.
Add 1 egg yolk, 1/4 sour cream; mix well and when blended, shape into ball.
Sprinkle with flour.
Wrap well in waxed paper and chill in refrigerator for several hours.
Sprinkle board lightly with flour.
Remove dough from refrigerator.
Divide into three parts.
Roll out, one portion at a time on board making a large circle about 1/8 inch thick.
Sprinkle with sugar and nut mixture.
Cut into 12 wedge shaped sections.
Roll up each wedge starting with the widest portion.
Place rolls on a lightly greased cookie sheet, and bake in moderate oven 375° for 25 to 30 min.
