Ingredients
| 4 pork chops, 1 inch (2.5 cm) thick each | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Peanut oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 slice of cheese or stuffing of your choice | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
– Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
– Trim excess fat off pork chops. Slice each one length wise up to bone to form a cavity. Season cavity with salt and pepper; baste both sides of pork chop with Worcestershire sauce.
– In a skillet, heat peanut oil and sear pork chops over high heat, 2 minutes each side.
– Garnish cavity with stuffing and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
