Butterfish With Mustard Recipe
Ingredients
| Butterfish | 12 , cleaned | |
| White wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Fish stock | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon sweet mustard | ||
| 1 tablespoon strong mustard | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, softened | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Lay butterfish in baking dish.
Sprinkle the wine, fish stock, salt, and pepper over them.
Place in a 400° F oven.
Bake 5-7 minutes.
Drain juices into saucepan while keeping the fish warm.
Add cream and mustards.
Cook on medium high flame for 3-4 minutes.
Whisk in the butter.
