Buttered New Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste |
Directions
Drain potatoes, rinse and pat dry.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Melt butter in a skillet, add potatoes.
Heat slowly, occasionally tossing potatoes in butter to coat.
Sprinkle with parsley just before serving.
Suggestion: Place drained, whole potatoes in roasting pan alongside a roast 20 minutes before roast is finished.
Baste once or twice with pan juices.
