Buttered Lobster Tails Recipe

3 tbsp (50 mL) butter
2 tsp (10 mL) lemon or lime juice
1 10-oz (280 g) package frozen lobster tails
Directions
Remove the tails from the package and place them in an 8-inch (20 cm) microwave-safe cake pan or in a 9-inch (23 cm) microwave-safe pie plate.
Microwave 2 minutes 30 seconds at HIGH without covering.
Let stand approximately 5 to 10 minutes, covered, to thaw thoroughly.
Press down to keep flat.
Set the tails side by side in a microwave-safe dish, meaty side up.
Melt the butter 1 minute at HIGH in a small bowl or a measuring cup, add the lemon juice.
Stir to mix then brush on the lobster tails generously.
Cover and microwave 2 minutes at HIGH, or just enough for the flesh to lose its transparency and turn pink.
Microwave 2 minutes 30 seconds at HIGH without covering.
