Buttered Okra Recipe
Ingredients
| Baby okra | 1 pound, frozen | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1 |
Directions
Place okra in a 10-inch skillet; sprinkle with salt and add small amount of boiling water.
Cover and boil for 10 to 12 minutes, or until just tender.
Do not overcook.
Drain well.
Dot butter or margarine over the hot okra and sprinkle generously with pepper.
