1 pound Brussels sprouts
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Trim ends of Brussels sprouts.
Bring about 2 inches of lightly salted water to a boil in medium saucepan.
Add Brussels sprouts; return to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover.
Simmer 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
Spoon Brussel sprouts into serving bowl.
Add butter; toss lightly to coat.
