3/4 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts
 
Wash thoroughly in lukewarm water
 
Salted water

Directions

Remove any loose or discolored leaves from 3/4 lb. fresh Brussels sprouts.
Cut off stem ends.
Leave sprouts whole.
Wash thoroughly in lukewarm water.
Cook, uncovered, in boiling salted water until just tender, about 8 to 10 min.
