Squash
Butter
Lime juice
Nutmeg
Honey
Kosher salt
Black Pepper
Directions
Cut open a squash and add in butter, salt and pepper.
Scoop out the flesh and keep in a bowl.
Roll a lime on the board before cutting. Squeeze in half of the lime for juice, add some salt and black pepper, some freshly ground nutmeg and some local honey.
With the help of a masher, mash and mix all the ingredients.
Serve out a scoop of it in the plate.
