Butter Pecan Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
1 (2 layer) package butter pecan cake mix
1 (16 ounce) can coconut-pecan frosting
4 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
3/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions
Beat the cake mix, frosting, eggs, vegetable oil and water in a mixing bowl at high speed until well mixed.
Stir in the pecans.
Spoon the batter into a buttered 11x14 inch cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
Let cool and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar
