Homemade Butter Nut Cake Recipe Video
Homemade butter nut cake is always a kids favorite. It can be served in parties and baked on holidays. Butter nut cake is a dessert and a snack. Whichever way you like it.
Ingredients
| Cake flour/Self rising flour | 6 Cup (96 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Nutmeg | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Coconuts | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Curry powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 4 | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter-almond extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Butter almond extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Softened butter | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Almonds | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Walnuts | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Dried fruits | 1 Ounce (1 Pack) |
Directions
Preheat oven at 350 F.
Combine first five ingredietns and mix them well. Set aside.
In a soft bowl, soften butter in microwave on high for 20 seconds.
Add butter, sour cream. extracts and water to dry ingredients. Mix slowly.
Slowly add eggs and mix vigorously until smooth.
Fold in nuts, coconuts and dried fruits.
Mix bater well and pour it in baking pan.
Bake for an hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool down.
Serve.

I would have loved to see the Butter Nut cake being made. A video of textual matter alone that vanishes without giving much time for the reader to note the contents is not a very good idea.
