Add milk to biscuit mix in a bowl and mix to form soft dough. Roll dough on lightly floured board into a 1/2- to 3/4-inch-thick rectangle. Cut lengthwise into 3-inch strips. Then cut each strip crosswise into 3/4 -inch fingers. Dip each into melted butter and place on ungreased baking sheets. (For crusty rolls, place 1/2 inch apart; for crust on tops only, place close together.) Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. For 4 dozen rolls, use 1 1/4 cups milk, 5 cups biscuit mix, and and 1/2 to 3/4 cup melted butter; roll half the dough at a time.
