Directions

MAKING
1)In a saucepan, add milk and butter, bring to a quick boil.
2)Add salt and flour and stir rapidly, until mixture is smooth and forms a ball.
3)Remove from heat at once. Cool.
4)Take a large bowl of electric mixer and put mixture in it.
5)Then, add eggs, one at a time, beating constantly at slow speed until each egg is thoroughly blended in.
6)Make firm dough enough to hold its shape when dropped from a spoon.
7)Take well-greased, floured baking sheets and drop spoonsful on it.
8)Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until puffs are golden brown and crisp.
9)Leave it in oven for first 40 minutes of baking period. Cool.
10)Split puffs only enough to fill with ice cream, flavored whipped cream or custard.

SERVING
11)Serve the butter cream puffs as snack or dessert.
