Butter Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3/4 c. butter and shortening | ||
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Flour | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Vanilla | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Mix 10 minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.
Pour batter into 2 greased 9 inch pans and bake at 375° approximately 40 minutes.
