Butter-Broiled Halibut Steak Recipe
Ingredients
2 packages (12 ounces each) frozen halibut steaks
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
Salt and pepper
Paprika
1 lemon, cut in wedges
Directions
Place frozen halibut steaks on rack in broiler pan; brush with melted butter or margarine.
Broil, 4 to 6 inches from heat, 5 minutes; turn.
Brush with remaining melted butter or margarine; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Broil 8 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily.
Place on serving plates; garnish each with a lemon wedge dipped in chopped parsley, if you wish.
