Butter Ball Chiffons Recipe

Ingredients
1 Cup Butter or Margarine, softened
1/4 Cup Confectioner's Sugar
1 3 Oz. Pkg. Lemon Instant Pudding Mix
2 Tsp. Water
1 Tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Allpurpose Flour
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
3 Bars (3/4 Oz. each) Chocolate Coated English Toffee Bars, crushed
Confectioner's Sugar (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except the nuts and toffee in a large mixing bowl.
Mix at low speed until dough forms.
Add nuts and crushed candy and blend well.
Shape into 1" balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, or until light golden brown.
Cool cookies completely before removing from the cookie sheet.
Dust with confectioner's sugar, if desired.
