1.In a pan, boil water and cook vegetables in it for 5 minutes.
2.Once done, take hot sterlized jars and put the vegetable mixture in it allowing an inch space free at the top.
3.Put 1/4 teaspoon salt in the pints and 1/2 teaspoons in the quarts and close them with metal lids.
4.Keep the quarts and pints in 10 pounds pressure cooker and steam pints for 55 minutes and quarts for 85 minutes.
