| 6 fillets whitefish, mullet or bream | ||
| Seasoned flour butter | ||
Directions
Skin and bone fillets, if not done by fishmonger, dip in seasoned flour.
Melt butter in frying pan; fry fillets until cooked on one side, turn and cook on the other side.
