Butter Crunch Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chopped pecans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Walnuts or flaked coconut | ||
Directions
Heat oven to 400°.
Mix all ingredients with hands.
Spread in ungreased baking pan, 13 x 9 x2 inches.
Bake 15 minutes; stir.
Cool; cover and store in refrigerator.
