 Butter/Margarine4 Tablespoon
 Lemon peel1/4 Teaspoon, grated
 Lemon juice3 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Tablespoon, thinly sliced
 1 teaspoon each finely chopped parsley and soy sauce
 Liquid hot pepper seasoning
 1 cooked whole crab in shell (about 2 lbs.), cleaned and cracked
 Lemon wedges

Directions

In a small pan over medium heat, melt butter; add lemon peel, lemon juice, onion, parsley, and soy.
Season to taste with hot pepper seasoning.
Simmer, uncovered, for 3 to 5 minutes.
Arrange crab pieces in an even layer in a 7 by 11-inch baking dish.
Brush butter mixture over crab and bake, covered, in a 300° oven for about 20 minutes (basting often with pan juices) or until heated through.
Garnish with lemon wedges; provide nutcrackers and small forks for removing meat from shells.
