Butter Almond Cookies Recipe

| Almonds | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped (Blanched) |

Directions
1.Preheat overn to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C.
MAKING
2.Mix together sugar and butter to get a light and fluffy mixture.
3.Add in almond extract.
4.Sift salt and flour into the mixture.Mix well.
5. Let chill for 60 minutes.
6.Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness or 6 mm.
7. Cut into round shapes and place on buttered cookie sheet.
8.Brush surface with egg white.
9.Combine almonds, cinnamon and sugar.
10. Srpinkle this mixture over the cookies.
11. Bake for 10 minutes.
SERVING
12. Serve as a snack.
