Butagiru Recipe
Ingredients
6 cups Chinese Pork Broth
2 medium yellow onions, cut in eighths or sixteenths
3/4 pound lean pork butt, diced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt
Slivered green onions or watercress leaves
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except salt and green onions, and simmer, covered, 1 hour.
Adjust seasonings with salt and garnish with slivered green onions.
