Ingredients
1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 cubes beef bouillon
1 3/4 c. boiling water
3 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1 can corned beef
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. Salt
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve with bouillon in boiling water.
Cool.
Place sliced eggs in design in mold.
Cover with thickened gelatin.
Combine remaining gelatin and all remaining ingredients; pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
