Busy-Day Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 c. uncooked salad macaroni | ||
| 1 can minced clams | ||
| 1 can small shrimp | ||
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 can mushroom soup | ||
| Whole | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas | ||
| Minced onion to taste (opt.) | ||
| Crushed potato chips or buttered bread crumbs | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Cook macaroni in salted boiling water until done.
Drain; return to pan.
Add remaining ingredients except potato chips.
Turn into 2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle with crushed potato chips or buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 375 degrees about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
