Busy Day Tuna Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Tuna | 1 Can (10oz), drained, flaked | |
| Noodles | 4 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, drained | |
| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Peas | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Evaporated milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pimento | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Potato chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed |
Directions
In 3-quart casserole, combine tuna, noodles, soup, mushrooms, peas, milk and pimento; mix well.
TO HEAT BY TIME Cover with wax paper.
Set Power Select at HIGH for 6 minutes and MEDIUM-LOW for 6 minutes.
Stir twice.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC Cover completely with 2 pieces of plastic wrap; heat on COOK 4.
After time appears in display window, stir twice.
Top with potato chips; let stand, uncovered, 3 minutes before serving.
TO HEAT BY TIME Cover with wax paper.
