Busy Day Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
2 to 2 1/4-lb. beef round steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 envelope (1 3/8 oz.) dehydrated onion soup mix
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed beef broth
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
Directions
1. Place meat in 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes. Drain and stir in remaining ingredients, except sour cream; recover.
3. Microwave on SIMMER for 25 to 30 minutes or until meat is fork tender. Blend in sour cream. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
