Busy Day Casserole Recipe
Here's a totally different recipe from the usual Busy Day Casserole you grew upon. I loved these Busy Day Casserole so much, that I knew I ought to replicate them at home.Truly delicious!
Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| 1 or 2 cans corn (whole kernel) or whatever | ||
| Vegetables you like | ||
| 1 large package frozen hash browns | ||
| 1 can mushroom pieces | ||
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 soup can milk | ||
Directions
1) Spray 9 by 13 inch pan with non-stick spray. Put broken up beef in bottom, then add onions, vegetables, mushrooms and hash browns. Thin soup with 1 can milk and pour over top.
2) Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until meat is done. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese over top and return to oven until cheese is melted.
