Ingredients
| 1 container frozen Mexican Beef Mix, defrosted, opposite | ||
| 4 flour tortillas, 12-in. diameter | ||
| Tomato | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lettuce | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Avocado | 1 Medium, mashed | |
Directions
Place tortillas between damp paper towels.
Microwave at High 30 to 45 seconds, or until hot to the touch.
Place 1/4 cup beef mix in center of each tortilla.
Spoon remaining ingredients equally onto tortillas.
Fold one side over filling.
Fold in adjoining sides, then remaining side.
Place burritos seam side down on serving plate.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese, if desired.
Microwave at 70% (Medium-High) 1 to 2 minutes, or until heated and cheese melts, rotating dish 1/2 turn after half the cooking time.
Serve with salsa sauce, if desired.
