Burrito Casserole Recipe Video

Very flavorful burrito casserole. Salsa, sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, or hot sauce make great toppings.

Ingredients

 Ground beef/Ground turkey1⁄2 Pound
 Chopped onion1 Medium
 Taco seasoning mix1 Packet
 Chopped green chilies4 1⁄2 Ounce
 Refried beans16 Ounce
 Cream of chicken soup10 3⁄4 Ounce
 Sour cream8 Ounce
 Flour tortillas6 Large
 Shredded cheddar cheese3 Cup (48 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:
1)Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2)Brown ground meat and onions in sauté pan.
3)Stir in taco seasoning, green chilies, and refried beans.
4)In a separate bowl mix soup and sour cream.
5)Spread 1/2 of the sour cream mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish.
6)Tear 3 tortillas into fourths and place over the sour cream mixture.
7)Put 1/2 of meat mixture over that.
8)Layer on 1 cup of cheddar cheese and repeat the layers ending with remaining cheddar cheese.
9)Bake uncovered for 20 to 30 minutes.

SERVING:
10)Serve warm in with your choice of sides or as a whole meal.
