Burrata cheese
Fresh figs - sliced
Italian bread
Balsamic vinaigrette - made by thoroughly mixing together 1 part vinegar and 1 part extra virgin olive oil
Salt - to taste
Fresh ground black pepper - to taste
Directions
MAKING
1) On a hot grill, place the figs with the skin side down. If preferred, turn the figs over after about 2 minutes of cooking.
2) Grill the bread on over hot coals. Turn the breads over as required,
