MAKING
1) On a hot grill, place the figs with the skin side down. If preferred, turn the figs over after about 2 minutes of cooking.
2) Grill the bread on over hot coals. Turn the breads over as required,

3) To assemble the dish, put the toast on a serving plate and top with a generous slice of the cheese.
4) Surround with the figs.
5) Drizzle the vinegar all over the figs and around the toast. Sprinkle black pepper all over the cheese.
