Burgundy Cooler Recipe
Ingredients
| Peach brandy- 1 ounce | ||
| Curagao- 1 ounce | ||
| Soda water | 1/2 Small | |
| Burgundy - 1 small bottle | ||
| Sugar - to taste | ||
| Half and Half pieces | 2 | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a chilled pitcher with ice cubes, stir the brandy, Curagao, soda water and Burgundy together, until cold.
2) Stir in sugar to taste, if desired.
SERVING
3) In the champagne glasses, add fresh fruit pieces, pour in the cool Burgundy Cooler and serve immediately.
