Ingredients

 Peach brandy- 1 ounce
 Curagao- 1 ounce
 Soda water1/2 Small
 Burgundy - 1 small bottle
 Sugar - to taste
 Half and Half pieces2

Directions

MAKING
1) In a chilled pitcher with ice cubes, stir the brandy, Curagao, soda water and Burgundy together, until cold.
2) Stir in sugar to taste, if desired.

SERVING
3) In the champagne glasses, add fresh fruit pieces, pour in the cool Burgundy Cooler and serve immediately.
