Burgundy Beef Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
8 ounces rotini macaroni, cooked and drained
1 can (7 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked coarsely
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, cooked and drained
1/4 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
2 tablespoons minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 package (3 or 4 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
How to make Burgundy Beef Loaf
1. Combine macaroni, tuna, peas, olives and onion in a large bowl; toss lightly; sprinkle with salt and seasoned pepper; toss again. Stir in soup until evenly coated; fold in cream-cheese cubes. Spoon mixture into an 8-cup baking dish; cover.2. Bake in moderate oven (350°) 30 minutes, or until bubbly-hot
