1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup light or table cream
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds

How to make Burgundy Beef Loaf

1. Combine all ingredients in an electric-blender container; cover. Blend 1 minute, or until creamy smooth: (Or beat slightly longer with an electric beater.) Chill.
2. Pour into mugs or cups. Garnish each with a celery-stick stirrer and serve with tiny croutons to sprinkle over, or a dash of paprika, if you wish.
