Burgundy Beef Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs | ||
| 1/3 cup burgundy or red wine | ||
| 1 tablespoon instant minced onion or 1/4 cup chopped onion | ||
| 1 tablespoon parsley flakes or chopped parsley | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Gravy mix package | 1 | |
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In 1 1/2 -quart (8-inch round) or 8 or 9-inch pie plate, combine all ingredients except gravy mix and water.
Shape mixture into 1-inch balls, leaving them in same dish.
Sprinkle meatballs with gravy mix.
Cook covered, 5 minutes.
