Ingredients

 Crushed pineapple 2 cups drained
 Rhubarb 8 cups coarsely sliced
 Ginger2 Teaspoon
 Sugar 3 1/2 cups
 Dry red wine1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Mix all together in large kettle.
Stir well and cook at a slow boil for about 30 minutes.
Test for thickness by dropping a little on a saucer and letting it cool.
Seal with paraffin in hot sterilized jars.
