Marinate in refrigerator overnight or at room temperature several hours.
Turn roast several times while marinating to soak completely.
Place roast on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Pour 1 cup water in pan.
Set meat thermometer to temperature for desired doneness; insert thermometer in roast. Bake in preheated 325 Â°F oven until thermometer dial reaches desired temperature.
Add small amount water as needed to prevent roasting pan from becoming too dry.
