Burgers Indiennes Recipe
Ingredients
| Lamb mince | 600 Gram | |
| Banana | 1 , mashed | |
| Curry powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Quarter teaspoon cumin powder | ||
| Quarter cup chopped, dried apricots | ||
| Half cup sultanas | ||
| Quarter cup dessicated coconut | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| Three quarters cup fresh wholemeal breadcrumbs | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, grated | |
| Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lettuce leaves | 6 | |
| Pineapple slice | 6 | |
| Hamburger buns | 6 | |
| Glaze | ||
| 2 tablespoons mango and ginger chutney | ||
| Soy sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Combine first ten ingredients, shape into six burgers. Heat browning dish on HIGH for eight minutes. Add butter and burgers, cook on HIGH for seven minutes. Turn burgers over after 3 1/2 minutes.
2. Combine glaze ingredients, spread on top of each burger, cook on HIGH for two minutes.
3. Place a burger on bottom half of each sliced bun, top with lettuce and slice of pineapple, replace lid of bun.
